dressing table and private terrace amidst greenery.
Suites ( 04 Rooms )
The spacious suites are equipped with all comfort you may expect
like diving table, your own private seat with couch, king-size bed
in Balinese style with curtain against the mosquito's, mini barm
air conditioning, room to room telephone, bathroom with shower and
bathtub, cold and hot running water, satellite television,
dressing table, The suites have beautiful sea and garden view.

Capacity : 75 Pax in Class style, 40 in U- shape style, 100 pax in
Teather style.
2. Bougenvile meeting room
Capacity : 35 Pax in U- Shape style, 50 Pax in Class style, 60

Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people,
additional charge shall be applied accordingly
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old
sharing bed with parent
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD
15 nett/pax/day
During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us
10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one)
night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charge will be applied.
During High & Peak Season (from the
whole August and from 20th December to 5th January)
Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 14
days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than
14 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one)
night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charge will be applied
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore
your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than
the reservation made.
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
